1.

Click on Contact Us Tab at the Homepage of MyInstitution.Net.
Provide your complete contact information as well as information about your Institution(s).
Our representative will contact you within 48-hours via telephone or email. He/She would guide you about our System and answer your queries, and may also arrange a meeting for a Demo/Presentation.

2.

Subscribe to MyInstitution.Net

Subscribe to MyInstitution.Net by making payment of the Subscription amount (according to opted Subscription Package) in favour of DotNet Systems.

After making the payment, the Subscriber must immediately provide us the payment details through "Contact MyInstitution.Net" facility. After confirmation of this payment, you will be sent an email to confirm the Subsrciption of your institution.

3.

Register your Institution

Register your Institution(s) to MyInstitution.Net by clicking on Institution Registration Tab at the Homepage.

Administrator must provide a valid Email Address. Institution's Account cannot be activated until the verification of your Email Address through the automatically generated email from MyInstitution.Net to that Email Address.
After the submission of your Institution Registration Info in the Registration page, the Administrator must Confirm the same by clicking on Confirm Button at the bottom of the Institution Preview page.
Check your email and click on "Verify Email Address" link in the email sent to you by MyInstitution.Net to complete the registration process.

4.

Sign In as Administrator

Click on Administrator button or Administration link at the bottom of the Home page and enter the Administrator's User ID and Password to Sign In as the Administrator of your Institution's Information Management System and the Website.

Register your Students

Click on Student Registration at Administration Home page.
Select the Total No. of students to be registered at a time. Upto 50-student may simultaneously be registered in any class. To register more students, please reload the Student Registration page and register the next 50-student in the same class or in some other class as need, and so on.

Register your Teachers

Click on Teacher Registration at Administrator Homepage.
Select the Total No. of Teachers to be registered at a time. Upto 50-Teachers may be registered simultaneously. To register more Teachers, please reload the Teacher Registration page and register the next 50-Teacher, and so on.

7.

Make Class Incharges / Heads of the Departments

Class Incharges are the Teachers / teacher Members who have certain rights on a class or a group of classes as assigned by the Administrator. They may be Heads of the Departments, if any, within your institution. Class Incharges may have the following rights, in addition to access to the list of students within that class, as assigned by the Administrator :
Access to Class Students basic Info Profiles: Date of Admission, Date of Birth etc.
Access to Class Students Contact Info on their Profiles.
Access to Class Students Academic Results.
Permission to enter Test / Exam Results of the Students.
Permission to post Class Students Homework / Assignments.
Permission to post Class Announcements.

8.

Enter Test Results

Administrator, or teachers/Heads of Department as authorized by the Administrator, can enter the Test / Exam Results of students of the classes. Each subject result of a any particular class in a certain Test / Exam is entered separately. Consolidated Academic Performance Reports are automatically generated immediately after entering the results.
Administrators may modify these Test Results of the currently enrolled students at any time.
Class Incharges may also enter the Test / Exam results of their respective class(es) if they have been delegated the authority to do so for that particular class by the Administrator. However, they may modify these results only until the window in which the results are being entered remains open.

9.

Insert Homework / Assignments of students

Administrator, or teachers/Heads of Department as authorized by the Administrator, can enter Homework / Assignments for the classes.
A user-friendly Text Editor is provided to create Homework / Assignments.
Homework / Assignments are printable in PDF file format.
Students can get access to their respective Homework / Assignments after Sign In.

10.

Use Design and Print Module for ID Cards, Name Badges, Function Tickets etc.

Our Design and Print Module allows to design and print ID Cards, Name Badges, Letters, Table Signs, Function Tickets etc. Selected data from the database, student photos, and images can be selected and placed into the ID Cards, Name Badges etc. using simple Drag & Drop technique and is dynamically place into PDF Files.
Design and Print Module allows to add QR Code â?? a two-dimensional barcode which can be scanned and read using a reader application (e.g. Kaywa) on Android Phone.
You can save any text or vCard in a QR Code. Android phone scans and saves a vCard directly to its Contact List.

11.

Add announcements for Teachers, students, classes, or the public

Administrator, or teachers/Heads of Department as authorized by the Administrator, can enter Class Announcements for the classes.
A user-friendly Text Editor is provided to create Class Announcements.
Class Announcements are printable in PDF file format.
Students can get access to their respective Class Announcements after Sign In.

12.

Insert students and teachers attendance

Several types of Academic Performance Analysis Reports of the individual students, classes, and the Institution are automatically generated immediately after entering the results. These reports also include Bar-Charts to highlight the comparative performance of students and the classes in various Tests / Exams, Subjects etc.

These Reports may be viewed in the Order of Class & Section, Student ID, Test / Exam etc. (as the case may be) or in the Order of Percentage Achievement.

13.

View Student, Class, and Institutional Academic Performance Analysis Reports

Several types of Academic Performance Analysis Reports of the individual students, classes, and the Institution are automatically generated immediately after entering the results. These reports also include Bar-Charts to highlight the comparative performance of students and the classes in various Tests / Exams, Subjects etc.

These Reports may be viewed in the Order of Class & Section, Student ID, Test / Exam etc. (as the case may be) or in the Order of Percentage Achievement.

Individual Student Specific Academic Performance Analysis Reports
Overall Academic Results of every individual student showing comparison of performance in various Tests / Exams. See Student Profile > Overall Academic Results.
Academic Results of every individual student in a certain Tests / Exams. See Student Profile > Overall Academic Results > Sr. No. (of Test / Exam).
Quarterly, Monthly, and Weekly Tests / Exams Results along with Bar Charts of improvement or decline in performance of every individual student in various Test / Exams. See Student Profile > Quarterly / Monthly / Weekly Test Results.
Academic Performance of each student in any selected subject along with Bar Charts of improvement or decline in performance of the student in that specific subject in the various Tests / Exams. See Student Profile > Search Subject Results > Search.
All Classes Results that include the results of the student in the current as well as previous class(es). See Student Profile > All Classes Results.

Consolidated Class Performance Analysis Reports
Consolidated Class Performance Analysis Reports are based on the overall performance of students within a class.
Overall Academic Performance Reports of all the Classes showing a comparison of achievement among various Classes in all the Tests / Exams as well as the Overall Institutional Performance.
Overall Academic Performance Reports of any individual Class in all the Test / Exams along with comparison of its Achievement. in various Test / Exams.
Academic Performance Reports of any individual class in a selected Test / Exam showing comparative Achievement. of the students in that particular Test / Exams.
Overall Performance Analysis Reports of the Institution in any selected subject showing a comparison of achievement among various Classes in that particular subject.
Overall Performance Analysis Reports of every individual Class in any selected subject along with comparison of its Achievement. in various Test / Exams.
Academic Performance Reports of every individual class in a certain Test / Exam along with comparative Achievement. of the students in that particular Test / Exams.
Comparisons of Students Overall Academic Performance within a Class in a selected Test / Exam.
Comparisons of Students Academic Performance within a Class in any selected Subject in a certain Test / Exam.
Subject-wise Results along with Bar Charts of improvement or decline in performance of classes in various Test / Exams.
 
All the above Performance Analysis Reports include Percentage Marks and the Grades achieved, ranging from the Grade achieved in a particular Subject by any individual student in a certain Test / Exam to the overall Grade achieved by the Institution in all the Tests / Exams.
13.3
Student Grading System
There are 12-Grading Systems available to measure the Students academic performance. Institutions may select a Grading Systems from among those 12-Grading Systems according to their own requirements. The Default Grading System is as follows:
   
Switching from one Grading System to the other is a seamless process and can be applied any time, or any number of times, as it immediately modifies all the exiting Performance Analysis Reports according to the newly applied Grading System.

14.

View Teachers Performance Analysis Reports

Several types of Performance Analysis Reports of the Teachers are automatically generated immediately after entering the results of the subjects taught by them. These reports also include Bar-Charts to highlight the comparative performance of Teachers in various Tests / Exams, Subjects etc.

These Reports may be viewed in the Order of Teacher ID, Test / Exam etc. (as the case may be) or in the Order of Percentage Achievement.
Teachers Performance Analysis Reports Include:
Overall Performance Analysis of Teachers in all the Tests / Exams, along with comparison of performance in various Tests / Exams and the overall performance rating of each teacher.
Quarterly, Monthly, and Weekly Tests / Exams Performance Ratings of Teachers along with Bar Charts showing improvement or decline in performance in various Test / Exams.
Subject-wise Performance Ratings of Teachers along with Bar Charts showing improvement or decline in performance in various Test / Exams.
All the Teachers Performance Rating Reports include Percentage Marks achieved by the students who appeared in the Test/Exam of the Subject taught by the Teacher and Rating achieved by the Teacher based on this percentage, ranging from the Rating achieved in a particular Subject by any individual Teacher in a certain Test / Exam to the overall Rating achieved by the Teachers of the Institution in all the Tests / Exams.
14.1 Teachers Performance Rating System
There are 12-Rating Systems available to measure the teacher performance. Institutions may select a Rating Systems from among those 12-Rating Systems according to their own requirements. The Default Rating System is as follows:

15.

Allow Access to Students and Teachers

Administrator, may allow Students to get access to their respective data including academic results and performance analysis reports, homework / assignments, class announcements etc. by providing them the User ID and Password automatically created by the System at the time of their registration.
Administrator, may also allow Teachers/Class Incharges/Heads of Departments to get access to their relevant data as authorized including general announcements, students academic results and performance analysis reports, homework / assignments, class announcements, student attendance etc. by providing them the User ID and Password automatically created by the System at the time of their registration.

16.

Use various other tools to control and maintain the Institutional Information Management System

MyInstitution.Net is a comprehensive Institutional Information Management System and a completely dynamic Website with several state-of-the-art tools to the Institutions that allow the Administrators to control the various processes of the System in an extremely user-friendly way. Administrators can insert, update, or delete institutional data using various interactive forms that guide them throughout the System. The System validates all the data before submission, and interactively informs the users in case of any mistake in the submitted data. Following are some of the main tasks that the Administrators can perform to maintain their Institution's Information Management System and the Website:
Upload your Institution picture and logo.
Register upto 50 students in a single form.
Register upto 50 Teachers on a single form.
Edit Students Info such as Name, Father Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Date of Admission, Address, Telephone No. etc.
Edit Teachers Info such as Name, Father Name, Designation, Gender, Date of Birth, Date of Joining, Address, Telephone No. etc.
Transfer students from one Class to the other Class due to various reasons such as promotion, demotion, change of Section etc.
Remove students who are struck off for various reasons, or passed-out, or those who were mistakenly registered etc.
Remove Teachers who have left the institution for various reasons or those who were mistakenly registered.
Re-Admit an Old Student who was struck off earlier for any reason. By Re-Admitting an old student, instead of registering him/her afresh, the old data of the student including his/her academic results will remain connected with the student.
View teachers and students Authentication Info, i.e. User ID and Password which are automatically created at the time of their registration; Change Students and Teachers Password; Disable or Enable Students and Teachers Login.
Upload or Update Institution's Logo that would become an integral part of the Institution's website.
Upload or Update Institution's Picture that would become visible in publicly available homepage of the Institution as well as the homepages of Students, Teachers, and the Administrator.
Upload or Update students and Teachers Pictures in their respective profiles that would also be uploaded or updated automatically in their respective ID Cards.

Make announcements accessible to various audiences including Students and Teachers; Teachers only; or the Public.

Search any current or old student using his/her Name, Student ID, or Registration No.
Search any current or old teacher using his/her Name or Teacher ID.
View several Academic Performance Reports relating to individual students, classes, and the Institution.
View several Performance Rating Reports of the Teachers.
View Class-Wise enrolment of the students and the lists of students in various classes.
View and Update Student Profiles.
View and Update Teachers Profiles.
View and Print Students and Teachers Identity Cards that are automatically created at the time of their Registration.
Upload or Update students and Teachers Pictures in their respective profiles that would also be uploaded or updated automatically in their respective ID Cards.
View teachers and students User IDs and Passwords that are automatically created at the time of their registration.
De-Activate and Re-Activated Institution's Website, as and when needed. During the De-Activation period, nobody, accept the Administrator himself/herself, would be able to access the Institution's Website .
Update the institutional info such as About My Institution, Salient Features; Mission Statement, Name of Institution; Address, Telephone No. etc. Administrators must, however, be careful in selecting the Type and Level of the institution at the time of registering their Institution. This information may be modified only until the institution registration has not been confirmed by the Administrator in the Institution Preview page at the time of registering the institution.
Old Students Authentication Info is automatically deleted. However, Administrators can view profiles of the Old Students that also include the Date of Leaving; the class in which the student left; and the reason for leaving the institution. All the Academic Performance Reports of the Old Students can also be viewed by the Administrators.
Old Teachers Authentication Info is automatically deleted. However, Administrators can view profiles of the Old Teachers that also include the personal information of the Teachers; Date of Leaving; and the reason for leaving the institution. All the Performance Analysis Reports of the Old Teachers can also be viewed by the Administrators.
